OMG there's nothing like the smell of a good Aussie BBQ, and hubby does the best chicken (when I marinade it in rosemary, garlic, lemon and olive oil).

Then put on top of a salad of mesclun (mixed lettuce leaves), celery, chick peas, cherry tomatoes and roasted sweet potato. I also threw in some activated pepitas and dressed the lot with lemon olive oil, lemon juice and pink salt. Yum!

My other breakfast (which I often have for lunch) is chia seeds, rice bran and flax seeds with Supergreens, cinnamon and shredded coconut soaked in goats yoghurt with grated ginger and topped with berries. Super delicious and super healthy (and keeps you super regular!)

Chicken salad with roasted pumpkin and sweet potato, raw zucchini, 5 bean mix, feta and parsley. Dressed with EVO oil, lemon juice and pink salt.

Over the Summer I prefer a lighter liquid breakfast that's packed with some of the best protein powders around!

In my @nutribulletaus I put 40g of @bondiproteinco Chocolate Protein powder, 20g of @professionalwhey MPI Micellar Casein whey powder, a spoon of @nirvanahealthproducts SteviaSlim, 30g of carrot, 30g of celery, and 10g of fresh ginger.

For the liquid I use 250mls of home brewed ice tea made from @qiteas Detox tea, Hilde Hemmes Stinging Nettle and Betalax, and a bag of Rooibos tea with sliced ginger.

Add 100g of ice, and blend away.
